Customized Products
All customized or made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
Ready-to-Ship Products
For non-customized, ready-to-ship items, refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care
- Minor variations in color, texture, or fit, which are part of the design and craftsmanship
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
